Veterans on the Susquehanna – Heroes on the Water of Central PA with the Chesapeake Bay Foundation
If you are new to volunteering at a HOW event, we encourage volunteers to bring your own fishing gear/kayak if possible so we can ensure all the veterans are able to use our supplies. If you do not have any to bring, then you can just show up and we can provide you gear and a kayak to assist with guiding the veterans!
All veterans, active duty, police, fire departments, and all first responders are welcome to attend. We provide all the gear needed for a great day on the water.
