This event will be on an active military base. We will need additional private information. After signing up you will receive a call from the Event Coordinator and they will explain how we are going to collect and secure your privacy. If you already have base access you will not need to provide this information.
Volunteers should be rigged and ready by 7:30 AM.
Veteran Participants and their family members should arrive at 8:30AM. We will start launching as participants are ready.

Weather Considerations: Events are rain or shine, dress appropriately for the weather. You will be notified if the event is cancelled for any reason.
You may get wet during the outing. Its always a good idea to pack extra dry clothes for the way home.
